  My experiences with Stateline Funding have been superb! This is my second time doing business, with Mike Laura and the team. They first helped with the original purchase of my home, in which they made my first time home buying experience smooth, painless and a exciting. They were very efficient and caring throughout the entire process. For my second experience they helped me refinance my FHA, saving me tons of money. Again, they were efficient and well organized and versed in the process, available to answer all of my questions! I have really valued working with them and would, without any hesitation recommend them to ANY and EVERY one. Thank you!!!

  Often completing the requirements of a short sale in a quick time frame is a difficult task, but Mike and the folks at Stateline Funding were fantastic in doing so. We were able to get a great rate and Mike worked quickly to meet the deadlines necessary. In addition, Mike sent us several demonstrations detailing market trends, breaking down our mortgage and overall answering the necessary questions that we had concerning our funding. Even after closing on our home, Mike was prompt in answering the questions about our new mortgage and made understanding the process much easier. Going through a bank would have been tedious and stressful, but we were able to count on Stateline Funding to get the home that we desired. I would trust and use this company again for future home buying needs.
