  I lived in a 2Bed apartment at the hills of Corona, we have 2 cars and only one assigned parking spot inside the gate. There are only few first come first serve spots available. I barely can find a place to park when I get home everyday after work around 6 pm. And some cars parked in the first come first serve parking lot for years without moving. So this Christmas holiday I parked my car in front of the gate( guest parking lot) and find out my car broke in by someone and glass is everywhere in my car. I called the leasing office, they said that the only thing they can tell me is COME HOME EARLY next time to find a parking spot. What is the break-in has to do with coming home early. Do you mean residents should expect break- in when They park in front of the gate??? And where should I park then??? And here is something worse, the lady told me they don’t have camera and no security team on site either. Only one guy works during the night. She said maybe that only security guy is on another side of community at that time. So obviously they know there is no enough security people and admit that there might be negligence of security work. I can imagine live in apartment like this. What if there is someone jump into the apartment or break in the gate? Also I checked my car, the remote for opening the gate was stolen which means the theft got the remote and can get into the gate anytime. Leasing office told me this is the first time break in happened which is a lie. You can see other residents had the same situation post on yelp and google review page. And leasing office also told me the manager is on vacation which means no one is gonna take of this. I would not recommend anyone live here since the experience is terrible. I guess when this happens again I just pay another 200 bucks to fix. Not a big deal right? Because no one cares . Management taking Christmas vacation and we keep spending money on fixing the car window. :) such a fun vacation for me!!!
