  Spectacular Bank. I finally left the Bank of Amerika slumlords after they accused me of depositing a bad check (which had been written by my own father-in-law) and threatened me with ruining my credit and preventing me from banking with ANY other institution for FIVE YEARS. After an entire day off of work and screaming at BofA officials until I got someone with enough power to fix the mess, I got out as fast as I could. My experience with BBVA has been PHENOMENAL. These are kind, smart people who seem to actually care that you're a customer. The branch in Corona has been particularly nice, with tellers who remember my name every time and who are pleasant and efficient. They have already helped me solve small issues regarding my new account and have made the entire banking experience a happy one. I would recommend this bank to anyone who is tired of the trailer-trash cattle-car experience at Bank of Amerika or Wells Fiasco.
